Situated close to the historic Essex market town of Chipping Ongar, Livingstone Gardens is a development of 105 new homes and a new community sports centre.
Anderson are contracted to deliver the off-site S278 road works and on-site groundworks for both the development and the sports centre. These works include the construction of a new roundabout at the entrance to the site, on-site roads, sewers, foundations and external works.
In addition, Anderson will oversee the build of a 200-bay car park and the groundworks for a new football pitch, a multi-use games area and a sports pavilion.
