The Quarry hopeful for yet another award

The Anderson Group and L&Q’s joint venture development at The Quarry, Erith, has been shortlisted for yet another industry-renowned award.

Finalists for the First Time Buyer’s Family Home category were announced on Monday 4th February and voting is underway. Anyone can vote – so please support our project. Winners will be announced on Friday 26th April 2019.

The shortlisting follows a string of award shortlisting and wins in 2018, including the coveted Housebuilder, WhatHouse? and London Construction Awards.

Chris Criscione, Communications Officer at the Anderson Group, encourages everyone to vote for the development: “It’s great to see the remarkable community-led regeneration at The Quarry recognised once again as an exemplary development fit for young families and first time buyers.
