Faversham Lakes

Anderson today (26 June) launched the sales website for its much-anticipated Faversham Lakes development. This follows the granting in May 2019 of planning permission for the first phase of 113 new homes of a proposed total of 330 residential units.

Having taken ownership of this former wartime gunpowder factory and gravel works in January 2018, Anderson will also be delivering an ecologically-rich country park with lakes, a heritage educational hub and new school car park.

Katrina Cullin, Head of Sales & Marketing at Anderson, said of the new development, “We continue to receive an unprecedented number of enquiries asking us about Faversham Lakes.

“This perfect blend of well-designed, high-quality homes alongside a country park and heritage hub is just crying out to buyers of all ages and backgrounds.

“In tranquil surroundings and with the homeowner in mind, we are really looking forward to be able to welcome people here to Faversham Lakes.”

With plots expected to be launched in mid-July, you can register your interest at favershamlakes.co.uk.
